This Privacy Policy explains what information Mendola.Tech collects, how that information is used, and when it may be shared. It applies to this website, contact submissions, project inquiries, and any related business communications.
When you submit a form or email directly, information may include your name, email address, phone number, requested timeline, and any project details you choose to provide.
Basic analytics and technical data may be collected, such as pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device information, and approximate usage patterns.
If you communicate by email, phone, or text, records of those communications may be retained to respond, provide support, schedule work, and maintain project history.
SMS message frequency varies based on user activity, support requests, and account issues. Message and data rates may apply.
Information is not sold or rented. Information may be shared only when necessary to operate the website or deliver services, including with service providers that help with hosting, analytics, form processing, communications, or infrastructure operations.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to enforce agreements, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
SMS opt-in data, phone numbers collected for messaging, and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
This website uses analytics tooling and form-processing services to understand site usage and to receive inquiry submissions. Those providers may process technical data needed to deliver their services.
Mendola Tech Customer Panel allows managed-service clients to voluntarily connect a Google account that is authorized to manage their Google Business Profile locations. The application requests access only after the user starts the connection and approves Google's consent screen.
Google user data may include the connected account and location identifiers, business profile details, aggregate ratings, customer reviews, review timestamps, reviewer attribution supplied by Google, and the authorization tokens required to refresh that data. This information is used to provide customer dashboards, reputation reporting, daily review synchronization, and customer-approved review displays on the corresponding managed website.
Mendola.Tech's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for inquiries, business records, support, legal compliance, and legitimate operational needs. Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect data, but no method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Google authorization tokens are retained only while the customer keeps the connection active and are protected using server-side access controls. Synchronized review data may be retained as an operational cache while the managed service is active. When access is revoked or deletion is requested, stored authorization tokens are deleted and associated cached Google data is removed unless retention is required by law.
This website and services are not directed to children under 13, and personal information is not knowingly collected from children under 13.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
